NME Model Management Limited was founded in 2013. It is the first modeling agency in Hong Kong that focuses on womens perspectives.
It aims to provide customers with high-quality, healthy-looking models. We carefully select professional models for our customers to provide the most professional and high-quality brand display and promotion services, including media and promotion planning, online multimedia promotion, ground-based promotion activities, public relations services such as media invitations and artist contacts, etc. Under todays company system, if a potential customer makes an appointment for enquiry, we need to manually make a phone call or use WhatsApp to contact and handle it, which may cause manual errors. Moreover, we cannot respond to customer inquiries 24 hours a day, which makes the entire processing process inefficient. Therefore, the company wants to build a mobile application and web page to solve the above problems.
The mobile application to be established focuses on customer relationship management and service/product sales. If customers want to make an appointment for a meeting, they can make an appointment through the app system, which is very convenient and fast. If customers want to change their reservation, they can also process it in the app. The current manual processing will be converted to system processing, which can increase work efficiency and avoid human errors. In addition, cash flow is extremely important to the company, but many times customers fail to pay in time, which affects the companys cash flow and causes inconvenience to the company in mobilizing funds. The mobile application to be established will have a payment platform, providing online payment methods such as Visa, Master, FPS and Alipay, so that customers can pay directly in the system to avoid late payment and manual reconciliation errors.
In addition to the reservation service, the webpage to be established also has an administrator backend to manage and analyze the companys sales and output reports to review the companys business status. In addition, the web page also has an automatic reply robot system that can respond to some basic customer inquiries 24 hours a day to avoid losing customers if they wait too long for a reply.

It is expected that after the system is developed, it can increase the work efficiency of colleagues, thereby increasing business volume by 25-30%.
